Responsibilities

Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models to support fundraising efforts and investor presentations.
Communicate regularly with current and potential investors to provide updates, answer queries, and build trust.
Coordinate and conduct due diligence activities ensuring all investor requests and compliance requirements are fulfilled.
Manage and update the investor CRM software to accurately log communications and track fundraising progress.
Prepare and deliver clear, concise reports and presentations that highlight business achievements and funding needs.
Engage in proactive networking activities to identify and connect with potential investors and strategic partners.
Work independently to develop outreach strategies that align with the company's fundraising goals.
Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary financial and operational data for investor materials.
Monitor and analyze investor feedback and market trends to optimize fundraising approaches.
Ensure all communications are professional, timely, and uphold the companys brand and reputation.
