Responsibilities:
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with order processing, product information, and technical support
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive attitude at all times
Requirements:
- Fluent in Urdu English Arabic Or Pashto
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required
