123 Medical Services are looking for a professional, reliable and highly organised Customer Service & Administration Advisorto join our UK-based team on a fully remote basis from Pakistan.

The successful candidate will be responsible for speaking with clients, handling enquiries and providing administrative support to our UK operations.

Excellent English communication skills are essential for this position, particularly confident and professional spoken English.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client telephone calls professionally and efficiently
Respond to client enquiries and provide accurate information
Manage incoming and outgoing emails
Carry out general administrative duties
Schedule appointments and maintain customer records
Enter and update information accurately on company systems
Liaise with the UK-based team
Follow company procedures and maintain a high standard of customer service
Work independently while meeting deadlines and targets

Responsibilities

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required
Fluent English — excellent spoken and written English is essential
Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
Good computer skills and confidence using email and Microsoft Office - desirable
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Reliable internet connection and suitable home-working environment with your own laptop/pc
Ability to work 9:00am–5:00pm UK time
Previous experience dealing with customers/clients would be highly advantageous
