2D Animator / Adobe Animate Expert

We are seeking a talented animator to produce engaging cartoon videos for YouTube, managing the entire process from script development to final animation. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in 2D animation, with the ability to bring characters and stories to life through compelling visuals and smooth motion. This role requires creativity, technical expertise, and a commitment to delivering high-quality content on schedule.

Key Responsibilities
- Create character rigs, apply tweening techniques, and execute frame-by-frame animation using Adobe Animate.
- Develop storyboards, plan shot compositions, and produce animatics to visualize sequences before full animation.
- Design characters, backgrounds, and props that align with the project’s visual style.
- Animate character acting, including expressions, lip sync, and comedic timing to enhance storytelling.
- Edit videos, synchronize sound effects and audio tracks to ensure seamless integration with animation.
- Maintain a consistent visual style throughout the project and communicate clearly with the production team.
- Deliver finished videos along with editable Adobe Animate files and well-organized reusable assets.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in 2D animation.
- Proficiency in Adobe Animate, including character rigging, tweening, and frame-by-frame animation techniques.
- Strong understanding of storyboarding, shot composition, and animatics.
- Ability to design characters, backgrounds, and props suitable for cartoon-style animation.
- Skilled in character acting, expressions, lip sync, and comedic timing within animated sequences.
- Experience with video editing, sound effects, and audio synchronization.
- Reliable in meeting deadlines and maintaining consistent communication.
- Willingness to work on-site as this position requires in-person attendance.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Skills
- Experience with AI image generation tools such as Gemini or similar platforms.
- Familiarity with AI video generation technologies like Google Flow or equivalent.
- Ability to utilize ChatGPT or similar AI tools for brainstorming and production assistance.
- Capability to adapt AI-generated assets into cohesive and usable animation artwork.
