2D Animator - Trainee | 3-Months | Full-Time | Morning Shift | On-Site – Karachi

Brand Republic is seeking a motivated 2D Animator – Trainee to join our creative team in Karachi. This full-time, on-site role offers an excellent opportunity for individuals beginning their career in 2D animation and motion graphics to gain practical experience working on real digital and marketing projects. The position operates during the morning shift from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities
- Produce 2D animations and motion graphics for social media, advertisements, and digital campaigns.
- Animate illustrations, characters, text, icons, and other visual elements.
- Create simple transitions, effects, and movements to enhance digital content.
- Translate creative briefs and storyboards into engaging animated visuals.
- Collaborate with designers and video editors to ensure cohesive project execution.
- Incorporate feedback and make revisions while maintaining high visual quality.
- Organize animation files and complete assigned tasks within deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- 0 to 6 months of hands-on experience in 2D animation, including academic, freelance, or personal projects.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects.
- Familiarity with Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop.
- Understanding of animation fundamentals such as timing, spacing, easing, and movement.
- Strong interest in motion graphics, character animation, and visual storytelling.
- Creative mindset with keen attention to detail.
- Ability to learn quickly and respond constructively to feedback.
- A portfolio or demo reel demonstrating animation skills is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Fresh graduates, students, and candidates with relevant academic or project-based animation experience are encouraged to apply.
- Exposure to Adobe Animate and motion design concepts is advantageous.
- This role provides hands-on experience in a professional creative environment, fostering skill development in 2D animation and motion graphics.
- Monthly compensation ranges from Rs10,000 to Rs15,000.
