2D/3D Animator

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 2D/3D Animator to join our dynamic creative team on a full-time, on-site basis. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of professional experience and possess a strong grasp of animation principles. This role involves transforming ideas, storyboards, scripts, and design concepts into captivating animations that engage audiences across various digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Create high-quality 2D and 3D animations tailored for diverse clients and projects.
- Develop animations based on scripts, storyboards, creative briefs, and design concepts.
- Produce motion graphics, animated typography, transitions, visual effects, and promotional animations.
- Design animated content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, websites, advertisements, and other digital media.
- Craft engaging explainer videos and product or service animations.
- Model, texture, light, rig, and animate 3D assets when required.
- Create 2D character animations, object animations, and scene transitions.
- Utilize existing illustrations, graphics, images, and design assets to build animations.
- Interpret project requirements to translate creative concepts into compelling visual storytelling.
- Incorporate sound effects and synchronize animations with audio as needed.
- Revise work based on feedback and deliver final files that meet project specifications.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines without compromising quality.
- Stay current with trends in animation, motion design, visual effects, and digital content.

Required Qualifications

- 1 to 3 years of professional experience in 2D/3D animation, motion graphics, or a related creative discipline.
- Strong understanding of 2D and 3D animation principles.
- Proficiency in key animation and creative software, including Adobe After Effects, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Blender, Cinema 4D, 3ds Max, Maya, and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Solid knowledge of motion graphics and visual storytelling techniques.
- Basic skills in 3D modeling, texturing, lighting, rigging, and rendering.
- Ability to produce smooth, visually appealing animations.
- Good grasp of composition, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience working with storyboards and converting static designs into dynamic animations.
- Ability to understand and follow creative briefs accurately.
- Strong attention to detail and quality.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
