A leading telecom company is seeking a skilled Customer Premises Associate (CPA) to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing and troubleshooting phone lines, internet cables, and TV fiber connections. This role requires hands-on technical expertise to ensure seamless service delivery and prompt resolution of customer complaints. The position is full-time and based in Lahore, covering areas such as Wapda Town, Township, Bahria Town, Ferozpur Road, Ali Raza Abad, and Thokar Niaz Baig. Candidates must be willing to work on-site and have their own bike for commuting.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install and troubleshoot phone lines to ensure proper connectivity.
- Handle installation and repair of internet cables to maintain reliable internet services.
- Perform TV fiber cable installation and troubleshooting to support digital television services.
- Address and resolve customer complaints effectively, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Required Qualifications:
- A 3-year Diploma of Associate Engineering (DAE) in Electrical, Electronics, or Information Technology is mandatory.
- Relevant certification or diploma in Telecom or related fields is preferred.
- Must possess a valid bike as it is essential for job mobility within the assigned locations.
- Ability to work full-time and in-person at designated Lahore locations.
