Accountant

319 Solutions Pvt Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. This role requires managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial statements, and ensuring accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting principles, expertise in ERP/accounting software, and proficiency in handling financial compliance and taxation. Although this position does not involve managing a team, excellent communication and coordination skills are essential to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders. The Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate records of financial transactions, overseeing cash flow management, and supporting budgeting and forecasting activities. The role requires a thorough understanding of bank and ledger reconciliations, ensuring adherence to statutory requirements related to tax and financial compliance. This position calls for an individual who can independently manage multiple tasks while upholding the integrity and transparency of the companys financial operations.
Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements and management reports to support decision-making.
Oversee Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes, maintaining accurate records and timely payments.
Conduct regular bank and ledger reconciliations to ensure financial data integrity.
Monitor and manage cash flow, budgeting, and expense control to align with organizational targets.
Manage taxation matters, including compliance with government regulations and filing requirements.
Ensure compliance with financial reporting standards and tax laws.
Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors to support financial audits and documentation.
Utilize ERP and accounting software to maintain ledgers and generate reports.
Apply advanced Microsoft Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.
Support budgeting and forecasting efforts by providing relevant financial data and insights.
