We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven Assistant Manager of Sales to join our team. The Ideal Candidate will assist in driving sales growth, managing client relationships, and contributing to the achievement of the company's revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales targets.
- Assist in managing and guiding the sales team to improve performance.
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with other departments (e.g. marketing and customer support) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
- Prepare sales reports and present them to the management team.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven experience in a sales or business development role (Preferred) or Fresh.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
