About Conferro: We’re launching Conferro, a verified two-sided marketplace connecting aspiring students and visa applicants directly with vetted immigration and education consultants.

About the Role: We need a high-ownership 360° Growth & Performance Marketer with startup experience to take our platform from 0 to 1. We are looking for an entrepreneurial builder who is confident in their ability to drive real results, both bringing in high-intent clients (students/applicants) and helping attract and onboard vetted consultants to the platform. This is a remote, hourly contract to start (open to Pakistan-based candidates), with high potential to go full-time as we scale.

Responsibilities:

Take Full Ownership: Own our 360° GTM strategy, launch execution, and end-to-end funnel metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, and retention) without needing hand-holding.
Drive Client & Lead Acquisition (B2C): Generate qualified leads, paying clients, and app installs across Meta, Google, TikTok, and App Stores (targeting ages 18–35 in Pakistan, Bangladesh, the Philippines, and beyond).
Support Consultant Onboarding (B2B): Build and execute targeted outreach and lead-gen campaigns to attract, acquire, and help onboard verified education and immigration consultants onto the marketplace.
Lower Blended CAC: Execute ASO, content, and organic growth strategies alongside paid campaigns to build sustainable acquisition loops.

Requirements:

5+ years in startup growth/360° marketing with a proven track record of 0-to-1 launches and measurable lead-generation results.
Confidence and proven ability to bring in paying clients and scale both sides of a marketplace (applicants and consultants).
A strong ownership mindset—someone who treats the product like their own, experiments fast, and focuses on actual bookings and revenue over vanity metrics.
Hands-on mastery of paid ads and mobile attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, or Firebase).
Bonus: Experience in South Asia/MENA or prior background in the education/visa consulting space (especially if you have an existing network or playbook for reaching consultants).
