Position Overview:

As a Senior Verifier for our Sales Campaign, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the integrity and compliance of our sales processes. Your primary responsibility will be to verify the accuracy and completeness of sales transactions, particularly in the areas of Medicare, Insurance, and Final Expense. By upholding the highest standards of quality and compliance, you will contribute to our mission of providing exceptional service and value to our clients and their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify sales transactions to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, particularly in the Medicare, Insurance, and Final Expense sectors.
  • Conduct thorough audits of sales documentation, including applications, contracts, and disclosures, to identify any discrepancies or errors.
  • Collaborate with sales agents and other team members to address any issues or concerns identified during the verification process.
  • Provide feedback and coaching to sales agents to help them improve their compliance and accuracy in sales transactions.
  • Maintain accurate records of verification activities and provide regular reports to management on the quality and compliance of sales operations.
  • Stay informed about industry regulations and compliance standards related to Medicare, Insurance, and Final Expense sales, and ensure that our sales processes adhere to these standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of [X] years of experience in a sales environment, with a focus on Medicare, Insurance, or Final Expense sales preferred.
  • Strong understanding of sales processes and documentation requirements in the Medicare, Insurance, and Final Expense sectors.
