360factors is seeking a marketing data analyst that thrives on turning data into insight. The successful candidate displays strong business acumen and communication skills and enjoys helping to drive growth through understanding our products, markets, and team effectiveness. In this role you will be responsible for:


·        Analyze Google Analytics, CRM and marketing automation data to provide insight into marketing and sales performance by channel and activity

·        Track marketing activities and benchmarks comparing against B2B software industry metrics

·        Find and understand the most accurate and correct data sources for a given analysis

·        Recommend testing of email components and interpret results to improve email metrics, in collaboration with the Digital Marketing Manager


·        Query marketing data using TSQL, integrating data from multiple sources with appropriate data structures to support analysis

·        Provide analytics on target consumer journey through the funnel, understanding what motivates customers and compels them to act so marketing and sales teams can focus on the right opportunities

·        Prepares and distributes daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales and marketing reports to executives

·        Provide ad hoc analysis, presentations, status reports, and meeting recaps when necessary


·        Convert complex data and findings into presentations and reports for marketing and senior leaders that are clear, concise, and understandable

·        Create dashboards for the sales and marketing team on data of what is working across channels for lead generation and sales performance improvement


·        Bachelor’s degree in business or technology field

·        Minimum of 3 years as business analyst

·        Experience in advanced reporting in CRM software

·        Experience in Google Analytics reporting

·        Advanced Excel with higher level math and logic skills

·        Well versed in data mining (databases, querying languages, TSQL)

·        Demonstrated skill communicating complex analysis to non-experts

·        Experience working with geographically dispersed teams a plus

·        Strong analytical, technical, organizational and interpersonal skills

·        Zoho CRM and Analytics a plus
