3D Architectural Visualizer

Eye Vision is seeking a full-time, on-site 3D Architectural Visualizer based in Karachi. This role involves creating photorealistic interior and exterior models, focusing on detailed rendering, lighting, material application, walkthroughs, and animations. The ideal candidate will have around two years of relevant experience and a strong portfolio demonstrating their skills. This position operates during the morning shift from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering a competitive salary range.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop high-quality 3D models of architectural interiors and exteriors with photorealistic detail.
- Execute rendering tasks using industry-standard software to produce realistic lighting and material effects.
- Create walkthrough animations to effectively showcase architectural designs.
- Collaborate with design teams to ensure visualizations meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Manage textures, lighting setups, and post-production work to enhance visual output.

Required Qualifications
- Approximately 2 years of professional experience in 3D architectural visualization or a related field.
- Relevant educational background or equivalent professional experience in architecture, design, or visualization.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and SketchUp for modeling purposes.
- Skilled in rendering software such as V-Ray or Corona Renderer to produce photorealistic images.
- Competent in Adobe Photoshop for post-processing and enhancing rendered visuals.
- A strong portfolio showcasing previous work in architectural visualization, including both interiors and exteriors.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
