3D Character Animator, (Blender)

We are seeking a talented 3D Character Animator with strong expertise in Blender to join our team onsite in Johar Town, Lahore. The successful candidate will focus on creating and refining sports animations specifically for an upcoming cricket game. This role requires a keen understanding of cricket mechanics and the ability to bring dynamic, realistic batting strokes to life using pre-rigged models. The position is full-time and based onsite, offering an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-impact gameplay experience.

Key Responsibilities
- Create and polish cricket batting animations on pre-rigged 3D character models using Blender.
- Fine-tune animation curves to ensure smooth and natural motion.
- Adjust weight transfer and contact timing to enhance the realism and impact of gameplay animations.
- Collaborate closely with the game development team to align animations with the overall game mechanics and visual style.
- Deliver game-ready, optimized animations suitable for low-poly models to maintain performance without sacrificing quality.

Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Blender with demonstrable experience in 3D character animation.
- Solid understanding of sports mechanics, particularly cricket, including body dynamics and weight distribution during motion.
- Experience working with low-poly or game-ready animation assets to ensure compatibility with real-time game engines.
- Ability to interpret and apply feedback to refine animations for better gameplay feel and visual appeal.

Selection Process
