3d Creative Designer

Zyltech Digital is seeking a talented and creative 3D Artist with strong skills in 3D modeling and character rigging to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality digital assets, including characters, avatars, and props, while ensuring these assets are optimized for animation and rendering. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who can collaborate effectively with the team and adapt to project revisions within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and high-quality 3D characters, avatars, props, and other digital assets.
- Perform sculpting, texturing, UV mapping, and material creation to enhance asset quality.
- Develop character rigs, including skeletons, controls, skinning, and weight painting to enable smooth animation.
- Ensure clean topology and proper deformation of models, optimizing them for animation and rendering processes.
- Collaborate closely with the team to implement revisions and meet project deadlines efficiently.

Required Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Blender, Autodesk Maya, or similar 3D modeling software.
- Strong expertise in 3D modeling, character creation, rigging, and skinning techniques.
- Solid understanding of topology, UV mapping, texturing, and animation workflows.
- Exceptional attention to detail combined with creativity and strong problem-solving abilities.
- A portfolio demonstrating experience in 3D modeling and rigging projects is essential.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience working with stylized or realistic characters is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of facial rigging, blend shapes, and creating game-ready assets will be considered an advantage.
- The position is based in Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Block 13-C, Karachi, with a night shift schedule from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Saturday.
- The role offers a starting salary from Rs40,000 per month.
- Work location is flexible, described as "on the road," indicating potential offsite or varied work environments.
