3D Interior Designer & Visualizer

We are seeking a skilled Architectural Designer with expertise in 3D architecture and visualization to join our team in Rawalpindi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing architectural design concepts, preparing detailed drawings, and creating high-quality 3D models and renderings for a variety of projects including residential, commercial, and landscape developments. This role requires close collaboration with interior designers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to ensure that designs are accurate, feasible, and compliant with local regulations. The position is full-time and based on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop architectural design concepts, space planning, and layout drawings aligned with project requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive 2D drawings such as plans, elevations, sections, working drawings, and detailed drawings.
- Create high-quality 3D models, renderings, and walkthroughs for residential, commercial, and landscape projects.
- Coordinate effectively with interior designers, landscape designers, engineers, consultants, and contractors to maintain design accuracy and feasibility.
- Assist in the preparation of master plans and site layouts.
- Ensure all designs comply with local building bylaws, regulations, and client briefs.
- Review and revise drawings based on client feedback, site conditions, and technical constraints.
- Support material selection, finishes, and design specifications as needed.
- Conduct site visits to verify that design intent is properly implemented and resolve any design-related issues.
- Manage assigned tasks within project timelines and maintain organized design documentation.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D architecture and visualization.
- Proven ability to produce detailed 2D drawings and high-quality 3D renderings.
- Experience working on a variety of projects including residential, commercial, hospitality, and luxury interiors.
- Strong knowledge of local building bylaws and regulations.
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including interior designers, engineers, and contractors.
- Willingness to work on-site in Rawalpindi.
