Job Summary:
As a Software QA Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of software products by designing and implementing testing strategies and procedures. You will work closely with the development team to identify and fix defects and ensure that the software meets the specified requirements and standards.
Responsibilities:
- Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Skills.
- Design and develop test cases and test plans based on project requirements and specifications.
- Conduct functional, regression, integration, and performance testing of software products.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, document, and track defects and issues.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure that the software meets the specified quality standards and requirements.
- Perform manual and automated testing using various testing tools and techniques.
- Communicate test results and issues to the development team and project stakeholders.
- Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Being able to read the code and identify problems is a plus
- Experience working with WordPress, Laravel, React is a plus.
- 4-5 years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
- Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) is a plus.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Ruby) is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
