3D Visualiser

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualiser to join our design team. The successful candidate will have a passion for creating high-quality 3D visualizations and a strong eye for design. This role involves producing visual content across a variety of projects, working closely with designers and project teams to bring concepts to life through compelling 3D models and renderings.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed and high-quality 3D models and visualizations.
- Collaborate with design and project teams to develop visual concepts and presentations.
- Assist in the conceptual design stages and contribute to the development of project ideas.
- Produce polished 3D renderings for client presentations and marketing purposes.
- Maintain consistency and quality across all visual outputs.
- Integrate new technologies and continuously improve visualization workflows.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliverables.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 2 years of experience as a 3D Visualiser or in a related role.
- Proficiency in 3D visualization software such as 3ds Max, Maya, SketchUp, or equivalent tools.
- Strong knowledge of rendering engines like V-Ray, Corona, or similar.
- Experience with Photoshop or comparable image editing software.
- Ability to interpret architectural plans and sketches accurately.
- Detail-oriented with excellent visual and spatial skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Problem-solving aptitude and adaptability to evolving project requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Industrial Design, or a related discipline.
- A compelling portfolio showcasing expertise in 3D modeling and rendering.
- Artistic sensibility with a solid understanding of color, texture, and lighting.
- Experience handling projects from concept through to completion.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Attributes:
- Knowledge of animation and the ability to create animated sequences is advantageous.
- Highly creative with a genuine passion for architecture and design.
- Self-motivated and proactive in addressing challenges.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Working Conditions:
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring flexibility to meet project deadlines and demands. Remote work is not available for this role.
