3D Visualizer

Blue Arc Design & Construction is seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join their Interior Design Department at their office located in Bahria Town Phase 8, Islamabad. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating realistic and high-quality 3D interior models and renders that effectively communicate design concepts. This role requires close collaboration with the interior design team to ensure visual presentations meet project standards and client expectations. The position is full-time, with an expected workload of 48 hours per week, and requires working on-site.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop realistic 3D interior models and renderings that accurately represent design ideas.
- Produce high-quality visual presentations to support design proposals and client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the interior design team to align visuals with project requirements and timelines.
- Utilize 3D modeling and rendering software proficiently to deliver polished outputs.

Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in 3D visualization within the interior design field.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating realistic and detailed 3D models and renders.
- Proficiency in industry-standard 3D modeling and rendering software.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and communicate clearly with designers and project stakeholders.

Compensation and Work Details:
- Competitive hourly pay ranging from Rs60,000 to Rs70,000.
- Full-time position requiring 48 hours per week.
- Work location is in-person at the Bahria Town Phase 8 office in Islamabad.
