3D Visualizer

Construct by MW, an innovative architecture and design firm based in Lahore, is seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer to bring design concepts to life through photorealistic visuals. This full-time role involves close collaboration with architects on a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, hospitality, and a luxury resort development in Chakwal. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail and the ability to translate architectural ideas into compelling visual presentations.

Key Responsibilities
- Create detailed 3D models, realistic renders, and architectural walkthroughs.
- Visualize interiors, exteriors, landscapes, and master plans with accuracy.
- Translate architectural drawings, sketches, and references into precise visual representations.
- Develop materials, textures, lighting, and compositions that clearly communicate design intent.
- Incorporate feedback effectively and deliver high-quality work within project deadlines.

Required Qualifications
- A strong portfolio showcasing architectural and interior visualizations.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max or SketchUp, along with rendering software such as Corona, V-Ray, Lumion, or D5 Render.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD and Adobe Photoshop.
- Excellent attention to scale, materials, lighting, and detail.
- Ability to collaborate closely with architects within a dynamic, entrepreneurial team environment.
