3D Visualizer/Interior Designer

We are looking for a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer / Interior Designer with 3 to 5 years of professional experience to join our team in Bahria Town, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in 3D modeling and interior design, particularly using 3ds Max and SketchUp. This role involves producing realistic 3D models, high-quality renderings, and engaging visual presentations that effectively communicate design concepts. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, interior designers, and project teams to ensure designs are visually appealing, technically accurate, and delivered on time while meeting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop detailed 3D models, realistic renderings, and architectural visualizations using 3ds Max and SketchUp.
- Collaborate with architects, interior designers, and project teams to understand design briefs and translate concepts into high-quality 3D visuals.
- Apply appropriate materials, textures, lighting, and finishes to achieve realistic and visually compelling results.
- Prepare photorealistic rendered images, walkthroughs, and animations for client presentations, marketing materials, and project reviews.
- Revise and refine 3D models and visualizations based on client feedback and internal design requirements.
- Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality across all 3D models, renders, and presentation materials.

Required Qualifications

- 3 to 5 years of professional experience in 3D visualization and interior design.
- Proficiency in 3ds Max and SketchUp for creating detailed 3D models and renderings.
- Strong understanding of materials, textures, lighting, and finishes to produce photorealistic visuals.
- Ability to work collaboratively with architects, designers, and project teams.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Strong communication skills to interpret design briefs and incorporate feedback effectively.

Employment Details

- Location: Bahria Town, Lahore (In-person)
- Employment Type: Full-Time
- Salary Range: Rs60,000 to Rs70,000 per month
