1- Documentation for high-rise buildings and housing sector (booking, transfer, cancellation, possession etc.)

2- Provide R&D for designing and implementation of documentation & SOPs regarding the following

a) Acquisition of land

b) Maintenance and day to day activities (Infrastructure maintenance, paid services etc.)

c) Building control (design, site plans, demarcation etc.)

d) Complaints management & CRM

3- Liaison with software development team for the development of above mentioned and other related forms.

4- Liaison with marketing consultants for marketing and advertisement.

5- Correspondence with the relevant departments to ensure proper documentation and the implementation of SOPs.
