3S Real Estate, an internationally recognized real estate brand expanding in Pakistan, seeks a creative and skilled Graphics Designer to join their team in Lake City, Lahore. This full-time position requires generating high-quality visual content that effectively represents the brand across digital and print media. The ideal candidate should have a strong design background with expertise in Adobe Photoshop, Typography, Layout Design, Creative Concept Development, and User Interface Design. The role involves collaborating closely with the marketing team to create compelling social media visuals, property listings, and marketing materials that drive brand awareness and engagement.
The Graphics Designer will be responsible for developing and maintaining brand identity assets while ensuring consistency across all platforms. This position demands creativity, attention to detail, and a good understanding of real estate marketing trends. Candidates should have a solid portfolio demonstrating clean and innovative design solutions and be capable of managing multiple projects effectively. While managing a team is not required, excellent communication and collaboration skills are essential to work seamlessly with different stakeholders and deliver impactful designs.
Responsibilities
- Design engaging social media content including posts, reels covers, stories, and banners to enhance online presence.
- Create attractive and informative property listing creatives and marketing materials tailored to real estate promotions.
- Develop and maintain brand identity assets ensuring consistent visual representation across all channels.
- Produce both digital and print marketing collateral including brochures, flyers, and presentation decks.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate campaign concepts into compelling visual designs.
- Edit and retouch images to ensure quality and suitability for marketing purposes.
- Stay informed about current design trends, especially those relevant to real estate marketing, to keep the brand innovative and relevant.
- Design proposal presentations and other client-facing documents that effectively communicate project value and features.
- Ensure all creative outputs meet brand guidelines and quality standards while delivering on project deadlines.
- Support video content creation by leveraging video editing skills to enhance multimedia marketing efforts.
