Lead Generation

At 3scale Solutions, we are looking for a dedicated Lead Generation specialist with at least four years of experience to help drive our business growth. This role focuses on identifying potential customers and qualifying leads to ensure a high conversion rate for our sales team. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in lead qualification and be adept at engaging with prospects to gather valuable information. This position does not require managing a team but demands excellent self-motivation and an ability to work independently. The Lead Generation specialist will be responsible for researching and contacting potential clients, building and maintaining accurate records, and collaborating closely with the sales and marketing teams to support business objectives. This position is based in Johar Town, Lahore, near the Expo Centre area and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute significantly to 3scale Solutions success by expanding our client base and increasing lead quality.
Responsibilities

Conduct thorough research to identify potential leads and relevant target markets.
Qualify leads by engaging with prospects to assess their needs and interest levels.
Maintain and update lead databases and sales CRM systems with accurate and timely information.
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align lead generation strategies with business goals.
Develop scripts and communication strategies to improve lead engagement and conversion rates.
Monitor and analyze lead generation metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Follow up on inbound inquiries and respond promptly to potential customer requests.
Ensure compliance with company policies and data protection regulations during lead collection and outreach.
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and outcomes to management.
Participate in meetings to discuss lead generation strategies and share insights for continuous improvement.
