Job Description

We are looking for a Call Center Representative for effectively manipulating customer issues,complaints and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.

  • Managing Inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner.
  • Following communication “scripts” when handling different topics.
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives.
  • Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile.  

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer support role.
  • Fresh Candidates are encourage to apply.
  • Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening.
  • Must have alteast bachelor's degree.
