As an operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing various operational processes within the organization. Your role will involve ensuring the smooth functioning of daily activities, monitoring team performance, and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity. Responsibilities:

1. Attendance and Timely Login Management:

Generate attendance reports and ensure timely login of all team members.

2. Morning Huddle:

Conduct morning huddles to align team goals and objectives for the day.

3. Supervision through Walk-Around:

Regularly supervise operations by walking around the workspace, addressing any issues or concerns.

4. Management Meetings:

Participate in management meetings to discuss operational strategies and initiatives.

5. Performance Statistics:

Analyze performance statistics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary measures.

6. Follow-Up Records Checking:

Ensure follow-up records are accurately maintained and updated as required.

7. Noon Huddle:

Conduct noon huddles to assess progress and make any necessary adjustments to plans.

8. PTP/BP Check:

Oversee the PTP (Process to Production) and BP (Business Process) checks to ensure compliance and quality standards.

9. Roster Planning:

Develop and manage roster plans to optimize staffing levels and workflow.

10. Follow-Up with To-Do List:

Follow up with team members to ensure completion of tasks outlined in the to-do list.

11. Google Play Reviews:

Monitor and respond to Google Play reviews to address customer feedback and improve product/service quality.

12. Stretch Policy Implementation:

Implement stretch policies to encourage productivity and innovation among team members.

13. Coaching Records:

Maintain coaching records and provide guidance and support to team members as needed.
