The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating business and sales by promoting and selling our premium organic spices in the market. This role involves actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers, building strong relationships, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively prospect and generate new leads to expand customer base.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the quality and benefits of our organic spices.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Keep abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the food industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of organic products and market trends is a plus.
