- B2B Customer Support Representative (Not a Call Center)
- Commissions will be separate from basic Salary
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a professional and timely manner.
Provide accurate product and service information to customers.
Troubleshoot customer issues and resolve problems efficiently.
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude at all times.
Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams when needed.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions.
Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved to satisfaction.
Collaborate with other departments to improve the overall customer experience.
Meet or exceed key performance metrics (KPIs).
Requirements:
Previous experience in a customer support or service role is a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Empathy, patience, and a customer-first mindset.
Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of inquiries.
