Sales Executives are required for 2 following offices:

ABOUT THE JOB

Designing marketing and developing sales strategies according to customer requirements aiming to achieve monthly and annual targets. Buy or sell property for clients. Perform duties, such as study property listings, meetup prospective clients, accompany clients to property site, discuss conditions of sale/purchases and draw up real estate contracts including agents who represent buyer / seller.

Becoming a successful Entrepreneur requires a lot of networking and contacts. Eventually, word of mouth begins to spread and a lot of work can be done on a referral basis.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Identifying Product, direct owners of the properties or their representatives and noting down the selling prices, giving them offers on behalf of investors and writing down the final asking price of sale out, ensuring the true seller.

·        Analyzing and investigating prices, demands and competition.

·        Identifying direct bu yers of the properties.

·        Interview clients to determine what kinds of properties they are seeking and then visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.

·        Promote sales of properties through advertisements and generating clients including direct buyers, purchasers / representatives / brokers.

·        Keep record and maximum information of all the purchasers and their requirements.

·        Generate lists of properties that are compatible with buyers' needs and financial resources.

·        Communicate all available information as per requirement to purchasers.

·        After shortlisting sale properties for buyer, arrange visits for buyer to view them

·        Get offer from buyer according to market and convey to seller.

·        Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers, generally representing one or the other for closing the deal.

·         Follow-up of all the potential clients, sellers and purchasers.

·        Keep on monitoring competitor’s activity

·        Promoting products, services or ideas according to settled social and other campaigns and promotional activities.

·        Using Social media effectively and efficiently.

·        Daily Facebook check-in at 5G Properties

·        Posts ads on social media and other relevant websites including OLX, Zameen.com, and WhatsApp.

·        Prepare brochures, advertisements and website content giving details and price of the property.

·        Inventory upgradation – Minimum 50 plots

·        Property dealer contact with in and outside society we are dealing– At least 3 daily

·        Reading daily newspapers, real estate articles and blogs and share information with team

·        Weekly visits of project on sites with team. Gather relevant updated information and photographs and share it with 5G sale teams for Ads upgradation.

·        Ensure achievement of targets as per target sheet shared.

·        Make broadcast list on daily basis.

·        Daily Follow-up

·        Provide weekly and monthly record of bookings and resale deals.

·        Ensure compliance with 5G policies and procedures

·        Any other tasks assigned by supervisor and management.

·        Solution oriented and Good sense of humor

EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE

·        Degree holder, possibly with a Marketing (CIM) qualification

·        Professional services background

·        Solid Business Development and Marketing experience

·        Real Estate knowledge preferred, but not essential
