SEO Specialist

360 Digital Solutions, Lahore is hiring an SEO Specialist (3 openings, full-time) with at least 2 years of hands-on SEO experience. You will manage SEO for client websites: keyword research, on-page and technical fixes, local SEO and Google Business Profile, content and link building coordination, and monthly reports with Search Console and GA4.

Shift: Night shift, 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PKT, Monday to Friday, on-site in Lahore.

Salary: PKR 90,000 - 120,000 per month.

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive keyword research and analyze user search intent to drive targeted traffic.
Implement and monitor on-page SEO strategies including meta tags, content optimization, and site structure improvements.
Manage technical SEO tasks such as site speed optimization, mobile usability, crawl error resolution, and structured data implementation.
Conduct thorough SEO audits using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, and Semrush to identify optimization opportunities and fix issues.
Analyze website performance reports using Google Analytics 4 to measure the effectiveness of SEO campaigns and guide reporting.
Develop and execute content strategies driven by SEO best practices to improve visibility and engagement.
Build and maintain quality backlinks through link building campaigns and digital public relations to enhance domain authority.
Optimize local SEO initiatives to improve the company's presence in location-based search results.
Stay up to date with the latest SEO trends, algorithms, and best practices to maintain competitive advantage.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align SEO objectives with broader marketing and business goals.
Ensure all SEO activities adhere strictly to white-hat SEO techniques to avoid penalties and maintain ethical standards.
Adapt to working the designated night shift hours to support international marketing campaigns and real-time monitoring.
