Monitor all CCTV cameras across branches and head office in real-time
Ensure surveillance systems are functioning properly; report any malfunction
Review and retrieve video footage when required by management or investigation
Maintain logs of all incidents and report any suspicious activity immediately
Coordinate with branch managers and security staff regarding security breaches
Assist in regular auditing of camera angles, storage, and backup systems
Provide recommendations to improve surveillance coverage and security protocols
Ensure footage is stored and retrieved in compliance with legal and company policies
Maintain confidentiality and integrity of all surveillance data
