- Provide FTT / FDD rates to customers through head office treasury.
- Ensure that inward / outward remittance transactions are properly executed.
- Supervise and ensure all files are properly maintained.
- Handle administrative matters of the branch.
- Close coordination with head office and properly implement marketing campaigns at branch level.
- Ensure updation of Wallsoft.
- Ensure that remittance receipts are properly provided to customers.
- Ensure that compliance of the transactions are properly done.
- Get market information particularly competitors and submit report to head office on monthly basis.
- Prepare branch report of remittance with comparison of previous period along with reasons of variance and submit report to head office on monthly basis.
- Conduct performance evaluation of subordinates and coordinate with HR department.
