Responsibilities

Process cash, credit, and debit payments accurately and efficiently.
Maintain an organized cash register and balance cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer questions and concerns promptly.
Verify the accuracy of prices, discounts, and promotions during transactions.
Assist with maintaining a clean and orderly checkout area.
Follow all company policies and procedures related to cash handling and security.
Identify and report any discrepancies or suspicious activities to management.
Support inventory management by reporting low-stock items and damaged goods.
Collaborate with other staff members to maintain smooth and efficient store operations.
Maintain confidentiality of customer and company information at all times.
