Flink Freight Logistics Inc., a Canadian-based company headquartered in Brampton, Ontario, with a growing operations hub in Rawalpindi, Pakistan, is looking for a committed Accounts Executive to join their team. This onsite role is located in Saddar, Rawalpindi, with working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s financial records and supporting daily accounting functions within a fast-paced logistics environment that specializes in freight forwarding, dispatch, and supply chain solutions across North America.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accounts using QuickBooks, ensuring financial data is accurate and current
- Efficiently handle accounts payable and receivable processes
- Prepare detailed financial reports and statements for internal review
- Perform bank reconciliations to verify and balance accounts regularly
- Assist with daily accounting operations to support the finance team’s workflow
- Maintain precise financial records and documentation in line with company policies
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of hands-on accounting experience
- Strong proficiency in QuickBooks, including knowledge of full-cycle accounting processes
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and practices
- Competency in Microsoft Excel and other financial reporting tools
- High attention to detail and accuracy in all financial tasks
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and consistently meet deadlines
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs. 55,000 to Rs. 70,000, with annual increments based on performance

- Work location is strictly onsite in Saddar, Rawalpindi, with fixed working hours from 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM
