We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Officer to join our accountancy firm. The ideal candidate should have strong accounting knowledge, hands-on experience with accounting software, and the ability to manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recording day-to-day financial transactions of clients on accounting software.
- Maintaining and managing accounting data across multiple software systems.
- Ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely posting of entries.
- Managing and organizing client financial records within the database.
- Recording all closing entries.
Eligibility/Requirements:
- Graduate (MBA - Finance) or ACCA finalist.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Excellent command of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with QuickBooks Accounting Software (added advantage).
- Prior experience in an accountancy firm will be a strong plus.
