As an Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for recording daily accounting transactions accurately. Your duties will include preparing bank reconciliations on a regular basis, reconciling general ledger, customer, and vendor accounts, and recording monthly expenses along with proper supporting documents.
Additionally, you will record and verify monthly sales entries, maintain books in compliance with accounting standards, assist in monthly closing and financial reports, and support audit requirements and documentation. Ensuring proper filing and record keeping is also a crucial part of your role.
