CUSTOMER SALES Representitive

Adam Technologies is seeking a motivated Customer Sales Representative to deliver exceptional sales support and service to its customers. In this role, you engage directly with customers to understand their needs, recommend appropriate products, and process sales orders efficiently. The position requires strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach to ensure satisfaction during the entire sales process. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM, and this opportunity is onsite, requiring commitment to the scheduled timings. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience or be a recent graduate eager to build a career in sales. The representative plays a crucial role in managing customer inquiries, tracking orders, and providing timely feedback to enhance customer relationships. While this position does not involve managing a team, it offers tremendous potential for growth within the company. Compensation includes a base salary of PKR 40,000 to 50,000 plus incentives based on performance.
Responsibilities

Engage with customers through various communication channels to identify their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
Process customer orders accurately and ensure timely submission within established sales order management workflows.
Manage the entire order fulfillment process by coordinating with internal teams to track and update order status.
Handle customer feedback and concerns promptly, working toward resolution to maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, and order status in company databases.
Consult with customers to provide expert advice and support, fostering trust and encouraging consultative selling.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align on promotions, campaigns, and product information updates.
Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
Follow company policies, procedures, and compliance standards in all customer interactions and order processing activities.
