Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and technical support to clients through phone, email, and live chat.
- Respond promptly and effectively to customer inquiries and concerns.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues related to company services.
- Accurately document and maintain records of all customer interactions in accordance with company policies.
- Collect and share customer feedback to help enhance products, services, and overall customer experience.
Reqired Skills:
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree
- Verbal and Non-Verbal English communication
- Experience with SAP and other software, like CRM, is a plus
- Confident and Strong personalities, focused on personality enhancement
