Job Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain WordPress-based websites and applications
2. Write clean, well-designed code
3. Troubleshoot and debug WordPress issues
4. Develop and implement plugins and themes
5. Collaborate with designers and project managers to create visually appealing and user-friendly websites
6. Ensure high performance and responsiveness of WordPress sites
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in WordPress development
Required Skills:
- Proven experience as a WordPress Developer, with a minimum of 3 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, CSS, HTML, and MySQL
- Experience with developing custom themes and plugins
- Familiarity with WordPress best practices and standards
- Strong understanding of website architecture and UI/UX design principles
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field preferred, but not required
