Monthly Society Fund Collector

Aitchison Housing Society is seeking a diligent and organized Monthly Society Fund Collector to efficiently manage the collection of monthly funds from society members. The ideal candidate will possess strong cash handling abilities, maintain accurate records, and ensure timely fund collection to support the society's financial operations. This role requires excellent communication skills to interact with society members and resolve any payment-related queries professionally. The Monthly Society Fund Collector will manage a team of 12 persons responsible for fund collection operations. The candidate ensures the team adheres to society policies, meets collection targets, and maintains transparent financial documentation. This position requires at least one year of related experience and the ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate the collection team effectively.
Responsibilities

Collect monthly fund payments from society members accurately and on schedule.
Manage and supervise a team of 12 fund collection personnel to ensure efficient operations.
Maintain detailed and accurate records of all collected funds and transactions.
Ensure proper cash handling procedures to safeguard society funds.
Communicate clearly and professionally with society members to address any payment concerns or inquiries.
Prepare and submit regular reports on fund collection status and discrepancies to management.
Coordinate with the accounting department to reconcile collected funds and update financial records.
Train and guide the team on compliance with society financial policies and customer interaction standards.
Implement strategies to improve collection rates and reduce delayed or missed payments.
Assist in resolving any disputes related to payments in a prompt and amicable manner.
