The role does not involve team management but focuses on independently achieving sales targets by leveraging solid knowledge of B2B sales strategies, competitive analysis, and sales data analysis. The successful candidate will be a target-oriented professional with the ability to build lasting client relationships, conduct thorough market research, and deliver compelling presentations that drive business growth for Al-Khair Gadoon Ltd.
Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategies to acquire new corporate clients while maintaining and strengthening existing customer relationships.
Generate sales leads and conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions effectively.
Prepare and deliver accurate quotations and proposals to prospective clients, ensuring clarity and alignment with client requirements.
Close sales successfully while consistently meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
Coordinate with internal teams such as production, logistics, and customer service to ensure timely order processing and delivery schedules.
Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and sales data to identify new opportunities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Maintain up-to-date sales forecasting and pipeline management to support business planning and decision-making.
Conduct regular sales reporting and provide insightful updates to management on sales performance and market conditions.
Utilize sales strategy development and B2B sales tactics to maximize client acquisition and retention.
Engage in continuous market research, competitive analysis, and data-driven decision making to enhance sales effectiveness and capture market share.
Demonstrate strong presentation skills during client meetings and participate in promotional events or trade shows when required.
