The candidate will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to fabric processing, including dyeing, finishing, and quality assurance. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth operations, timely delivery, and adherence to quality standards in a textile mill environment.
- Monitor and manage the day-to-day operations of fabric processing (dyeing, washing, finishing, etc.)
- Ensure that all processing parameters are met according to product specifications and quality standards
- Coordinate with the production, quality control, and planning teams for smooth workflow
- Maintain processing records and production logs for internal tracking and audits
- Assist in process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce wastage
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and environmental regulations
- Identify process-related issues and work with the technical team for timely resolution
- Supervise processing workers and provide training or guidance as required
- Hands-on experience in working with processing machines and production lines
