Travel Consultant

Al Samar Travel & Tours is seeking a dedicated Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert travel advice and personalized services to clients, ensuring their travel plans are seamless and enjoyable. You will leverage your strong customer service abilities and deep understanding of the travel industry to assist clients in planning their trips, including providing guidance on visa requirements and travel documentation. Managing a team of five professionals, you will also contribute to developing effective sales strategies and enhancing customer satisfaction, driving business growth within the agency. As a Travel Consultant, you will collaborate closely with clients to design tailored travel packages that meet their preferences and budgets. You will employ your sales and upselling techniques to promote travel products and services effectively. Your experience in visa filing and client dealings will play a critical role in streamlining travel processes and ensuring compliance with international travel regulations. This position demands excellent communication skills and the ability to coordinate a small team efficiently to achieve collective goals and maintain high-quality service standards.
Responsibilities

Provide personalized travel consultation to clients, assessing their needs and preferences to recommend suitable travel options and packages.
Manage and coordinate a team of five travel professionals, ensuring high performance and efficient workflow.
Assist clients with complete visa filing processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with the latest travel regulations.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase bookings, upsell travel services, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel destinations, airline policies, visa requirements, and industry trends.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through attentive service and timely responses to inquiries.
Coordinate with hotels, airlines, and other service providers to secure the best deals and manage bookings.
Resolve any travel-related issues or complaints promptly to ensure a positive client experience.
Track and report on sales performance and customer feedback to support continuous improvement.
Train and mentor team members on customer service excellence, sales techniques, and client management.
