Sales Representative

Al Shaheen Advertising is seeking a motivated and confident Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a proven ability to identify potential customers and convert leads into successful sales. This role focuses on engaging with prospects through multiple communication channels, understanding customer needs, and recommending suitable products or services to meet those needs effectively. Candidates with up to five years of experience in sales or related fields are preferred, but fresh candidates with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply. As a Sales Representative at Al Shaheen Advertising, you will be responsible for generating new business by contacting potential customers through calls, social media, WhatsApp, and other platforms. You will maintain accurate records, build strong customer relationships, and collaborate with marketing and customer support teams as needed. This position does not involve managing a team but requires the ability to work independently and as part of a group to meet and exceed monthly sales targets through excellent negotiation and persuasive skills.
Responsibilities

Initiate contact with potential customers using various communication channels including phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and other relevant platforms.
Understand the specific needs and preferences of customers to recommend appropriate products and services that align with their requirements.
Generate new leads continuously through proactive outreach and follow up diligently with existing prospects to nurture relationships.
Convert leads into confirmed sales by effectively addressing customer questions, objections, and concerns with professionalism and clarity.
Achieve and strive to exceed monthly sales targets by employing strong negotiation tactics and a convincing approach.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers to foster repeat business and customer loyalty.
Maintain comprehensive and accurate records of all leads, follow-ups, sales activities, and customer interactions.
Provide regular updates and detailed sales reports to management for review and strategic planning.
Collaborate closely with marketing and customer support teams to ensure cohesive customer experience and alignment on sales strategies.
Perform post-sale follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional needs or concerns.
