Senior Executive Finance

Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and report financial data including budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics to support organizational goals.
Conduct detailed financial planning and analysis to identify opportunities for cost management and revenue enhancement.
Manage month-end and year-end closing activities ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards and organizational policies.
Coordinate internal and external audits by providing required documentation and explanations to auditors.
Perform bank reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions and records.
Develop and maintain management accounting reports to assist senior leadership in financial decision-making.
Ensure timely preparation and submission of financial statements in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.
Monitor compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulations, recommending improvements where necessary.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to collect data and support budgeting, costing, and financial control activities.
Assist in financial risk assessments and the development of strategies to mitigate potential financial issues.
Support the implementation of financial systems and controls to enhance operational efficiency.
