Floor Manager

Al Tawwakal Holdings is looking for an experienced and customer-focused Floor Manager to lead the restaurant hospitality team. This role involves overseeing all daily floor operations to ensure a smooth and efficient service experience for guests. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management, demonstrates strong leadership abilities, and excels in communication and customer service skills. The Floor Manager is responsible for managing a team of 50 persons, including staff scheduling, monitoring performance, and maintaining high standards of guest satisfaction. This role requires coordinating closely with the kitchen and service teams to guarantee that restaurant service protocols are followed consistently. The manager handles guest concerns professionally while ensuring a clean, safe, and well-organized environment that supports excellent service delivery.
Responsibilities

Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service flow and guest satisfaction throughout operational hours.
Manage a team of 50 employees, including scheduling shifts, assigning tables, and monitoring attendance and disciplinary actions.
Lead the staff in maintaining high standards of cleanliness, grooming, and workplace safety at all times.
Coordinate effectively with kitchen and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints with professionalism to resolve issues promptly and maintain a positive dining experience.
Monitor sales performance and service quality, implementing improvements as needed to meet organizational goals and customer expectations.
Conduct regular staff training and provide coaching to improve performance, teamwork, and customer service skills.
Ensure restaurant procedures, policies, and operational guidelines are consistently adhered to by all staff members.
Develop and implement shift plans that optimize staffing levels and operational efficiency during busy periods.
Maintain a well-organized and safe working environment by enforcing workplace safety standards and regulations.
