Key Responsibilities:

Data Entry & Typing: Perform accurate typing in English, Urdu, and Mathematics.
Documentation: Create and manage basic spreadsheets in Microsoft Excel.
Graphic Design: Handle basic design tasks and layouts.
Technical Operations: Manage daily scanning and printing tasks (on-the-job training provided).

Requirements:

Salary & Benefits:

Trial Period: 2 to 7 days to assess skills.
Daily Allowance: 500 Rupees (Base) + 200 Rupees (Food).
Monthly Salary: To be finalized based on performance and skill level after the trial period

Responsibilities

Operate computer systems to execute printing and photocopying commands accurately and efficiently.
Perform typing tasks in English and Urdu, including data entry and document preparation.
Use math typing skills to input numerical data accurately for various company needs.
Carry out basic graphic designing to prepare and modify images and documents for print.
Scan documents and ensure clear and accurate digital copies are saved and organized.
Maintain the proper functioning of computer equipment by performing routine checks and troubleshooting basic issues.
Manage file organization and document storage on computers to facilitate easy access and retrieval.
Ensure all printed materials meet quality standards and address any discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
Follow company policies and procedures to maintain data security and confidentiality.
Continuously update skills related to computer operation and printing technologies to improve efficiency.
