Sales Executive (Female Only)

Ali Builders & Developers is seeking motivated Sales Executives to join our energetic sales team at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal location in Karachi. In this role, you will actively engage with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and social media platforms to convert inquiries into successful sales. You will also build and maintain long-term customer relationships by following up with prospects and meeting set sales targets monthly. This role requires dynamic individuals who are confident both on and off the camera, as you will represent the company in marketing materials such as promotional videos and vlogs. While this position does not involve managing a team, it offers a valuable opportunity to contribute directly to business growth through strong interpersonal communication and sales skills.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media channels to convert leads into confirmed sales. Maintain consistent communication with prospects to nurture relationships and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the decision-making process. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by employing effective sales strategies and persuasive communication tailored to client needs. Track and document leads, sales, and client interactions accurately using Excel and Google Sheets, generating detailed weekly and monthly sales reports to inform business planning. Act as a brand ambassador by confidently representing the company in promotional shoots, videos, and vlogs, enhancing visibility and customer engagement. Utilize sales presentation tools and negotiation skills to close deals efficiently while maintaining customer trust and loyalty. Stay updated with real estate market trends and product knowledge to provide clients with accurate and helpful information, facilitating informed purchasing decisions. Collaborate with internal teams to share customer feedback and market insights that contribute to continuous service and product improvements.
