Data Entry Operator

Ali International is seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent typing speed and accuracy along with strong data verification skills to ensure the integrity and quality of entered data. This role requires a basic understanding of computers and proficiency in Microsoft Excel to accurately input and manage information within various databases. The position is based at our Bahadurabad office, and we prefer candidates who reside nearby and have reliable transportation, such as a bike, to commute independently. The Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately entering data into computer systems, verifying data for errors or discrepancies, and maintaining the confidentiality of sensitive information. This role demands strong attention to detail, good English comprehension and typing skills, and the ability to organize large volumes of data efficiently. While this position does not involve managing a team, it plays a critical part in supporting other departments by ensuring that data is timely, precise, and accessible for business operations. Please note salary ranges from PKR 35,000 - 45,000.

Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data into company databases and management systems.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of data before entry to maintain data integrity.
Use Microsoft Excel to organize, format, and analyze data as needed.
Ensure proper documentation and filing of entered data for easy retrieval.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in data records.
Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive company information.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to clarify data requirements.
Follow company guidelines and procedures related to data entry tasks.
Meet daily and weekly data entry targets and deadlines.
Assist with other administrative duties as assigned by management.
