We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to oversee the operations, business development, and strategic growth of our co-working space. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in managing co-working facilities and a strong background in launching or scaling start-up co-working spaces.
The role requires a hands-on leader with strong business acumen, operational excellence, and the ability to create a vibrant community of entrepreneurs, freelancers, and businesses.
Key Responsibilities
1. Operational Management
- Oversee day-to-day operations of the co-working space, ensuring smooth functioning of all facilities and services.
- Develop and implement operational policies, SOPs, and quality standards.
- Manage maintenance, IT, security, and housekeeping teams to ensure a professional working environment.
2. Business Development & Revenue Growth
- Drive occupancy and revenue by developing strategies to attract start-ups, SMEs, and corporate clients.
- Build partnerships with organizations, incubators, and event hosts to enhance visibility and business opportunities.
- Create and implement membership plans, pricing models, and promotional campaigns.
3. Start-Up & Launch Management
- Lead the setup and launch of new co-working locations — from planning, fit-out coordination, vendor management, to operational readiness.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and contractors during the start-up phase.
- Develop pre-launch marketing and community engagement plans to ensure successful openings.
4. Financial & Performance Management
- Prepare and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and P&L statements.
- Monitor KPIs including occupancy rates, client retention, and profitability.
- Implement cost-control measures and identify opportunities for efficiency improvement.
